What happens to Sunny in the Hellraiser Revival ending?
Sunny accepts Pinhead's invitation to become a Cenobite before you choose Aiden's fate.
At first, the Sunny final decision looks like a chance to decide what happens to her. Actually, Sunny has already made her own deal. She explains that the rebirth was her price and that she needed Aiden to play along from the start.

How many Hellraiser Revival endings are there, and how do you get each one?
There are two final branches, reached by remaining in the human world or walking with Sunny and the Cenobites.
Finish the final dialogue after the rebirth, then choose your route. This is the decision point you will return to with Continue.
Stay in the human world: Human After All
Remain behind to get Human After All. You can confirm this branch through the achievement and the ending conversation: Aiden says he will figure out what kind of life he can make and see where it takes him.
Recommended first if you want both endings: stay, finish this ending, then use Continue to take the other route. A player completed both branches in that order, so it gives you a concrete route to follow without starting over.
Walk with Sunny and the Cenobites: join them
Walk with them to choose Aiden's new eternity. You can confirm this branch when the final dialogue acknowledges that Aiden chose it of his own will and says the enlightenment of his flesh is only beginning.
Choose this route if you want Aiden to accompany Sunny. Staying instead leaves him in the human world; it does not reverse Sunny's acceptance of the invitation.
Can you get the Sunny two endings by reloading the final choice?
Yes: finish the first ending, select Continue to load the latest autosave at the decision, skip the repeated dialogue, and choose the other route.
- Finish the stay ending. Confirm Human After All and complete its closing sequence before returning to the menu.
- Select Continue. You are back at the final decision sequence through the latest autosave. Skip the dialogue you have already seen until you reach the stay or follow choice again.
- Walk with Sunny and the Cenobites. The dialogue about Aiden choosing a new eternity confirms that you have entered the other ending.
A player initially wondered whether reloading would allow both endings, then successfully returned with Continue and took the other branch. Use that return to the decision instead of beginning a fresh playthrough just to see the second outcome.
