Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival follows Aidan Lynch's attempt to rescue his girlfriend Sunny from the Labyrinth. Pinhead offers her return through a rebirth bargain that also demands Aidan's own flesh. The character relationships and ending details here include spoilers for that bargain and its outcome.
Aidan, Sunny and the Genesis Configuration
Aidan is the playable protagonist, and Sunny manages the Nova Art Gallery. Her investigation dossier records her possession of the Genesis Configuration and her obsession with opening it. Aidan met her while working as a security guard at the gallery and left the Hellraisers biker gang afterward.
The Scarlet Church traces the missing Configuration to Sunny. Its leader, Marlowe, wants the box to contact the Cenobites and create a paradise of extreme sensation. The Unworthy also seek the Configuration, hoping for redemption after being rejected by Leviathan, the ruler of the Labyrinth.
The rebirth bargain
Pinhead says Sunny's spirit has been released from the Labyrinth but needs a physical form. Blood spilled where she was taken begins her return. Aidan then pursues hearts for her restoration, including Charlotte's, the Sister of Mercy's and Marlowe's.
Sunny's visible return does not finish the agreement. Pinhead retains his claim on Aidan's flesh and calls for payment at the final rebirth. He explains that Sunny needed to partake of the chosen and that any flesh would have served; Aidan supplied hearts and chose to kill.
That revelation does not establish an alternate playable route around the heart objectives. Keep the stated bargain separate from assumptions about choices the game allows.
What the final choice changes
Sunny accepts Pinhead's invitation to become a Cenobite before the player's final decision. She explains that she made her own deal and needed Aidan to play along from the start.
The two ending branches decide whether Aidan stays in the human world or walks with Sunny and the Cenobites. Staying grants Human After All; following them begins his new eternity. Neither choice reverses Sunny's acceptance.
After completing the stay ending, selecting Continue returns to the final decision through the latest autosave. Choose the other branch there to see both outcomes without starting a fresh playthrough.
